From Day 1 to Degree: Ensuring Student Success through Effective Pre-College and Retention Programs
The Day 1 to Degree Symposium Team has announced that registration for this event is now closed due to unexpected demand for the symposium. Registration filled up within days of opening, and while the team was able to receive additional funding and increase the seating from 200 to 340, they are now far over capacity.
If you have not registered and were planning on registering, you may go ahead and input your information at www.ous.edu/symp and you will be put on a waiting list. The organizers are making an effort to include as many people and organizations as possible.
If you have any questions, you may email symposium@ous.edu , or call the Oregon University System Chancellor’s Office at 503-725-5700. The symposium website is at www.ous.edu/symp

From Day 1 to Degree is hosted by the State Board of Higher Education, under the leadership of Board Director Dalton Miller-Jones.
The day will include presentations by Oregon and national leaders in this area, including a keynote presentation from Deborah A.
