The new GEAR UP Events and Cost Share Tracker database is available online: https://praed.net/orgearup/. It will replace the old events and cost share tracker. Please start entering events and cost share into the new database, including any events from last year that hadnít been entered into the old tracker yet.
The old database will be available until October 15, in order to check previous events and cost share for accuracy. Please log into the old GEAR UP events and cost share tracker database prior to October 15, and check to make sure the events, non-event cost share items and timesheets are correct and include the correct students and cost share amounts. You will be able to edit those items, but not add new items.
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER NEW EVENTS OR NON-EVENT COSTSHARE INTO THE OLD DATABASE.
