Oregon University System's Fall Counselor Conferences

OUS has finalized the schedule for its annual Fall Counselor Conferences (see below). The conferences are an excellent opportunity for high school counselors to interact with college admissions professionals and to learn about new developments in college access.

Conferences are scheduled as follows:
Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls on Monday, October 5;
Eastern Oregon University in La Grande on Monday, October 19;
Oregon State University in Corvallis on Monday, November 2;
Portland State University in Portland on Tuesday, November 3.

The registration fee is $18.00 per person, but conferences are free to staff in GEAR UP schools; simply indicate your GEAR UP status when registering. Official agendas are being developed, but please plan on being at the conference from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Agendas, directions and maps will be posted online by mid-September.

Online registration is now available at http://gearup.ous.edu/counconf04/. Non-GEAR UP school staff should mail check payments to OUS at the address below after they register:
