Oregon University System Counselor Conferences

Counselors in GEAR UP schools are invited to attend the OUS Fall 2009 Counselor Conferences. The conferences are free to staff in GEAR UP schools; simply indicate your GEAR UP status when registering.  The schedule is as follows: 

Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls on Monday, October 5;

Eastern Oregon University in La Grande on Monday, October 19;

Oregon State University in Corvallis on Monday, November 2;

Portland State University in Portland on Tuesday, November 3.

The conferences are an excellent opportunity for high school counselors to interact with college admissions professionals and hear about new developments in college access.  Official agendas will be available soon.  Conferences run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Register online at http://gearup.ous.edu/counconf04/.  Questions about the conferences or registration procedures may be directed to Judy Moll:  (541) 346-5725 or Judith_moll@ous.edu.
