ACT Educational Planning and Assessment System - ACT is an independent, not-for-profit organization that provides more than a hundred assessment, research, information, and program management services in the broad areas of education and workforce development.
Access to Student Assistance Programs in Reach of Everyone (ASPIRE) - ASPIRE's goals are threefold: provide mentoring and resources to help students access education and training beyond high school; help high schools build a sustainable community of volunteer mentors; and educate students and families about the scholarship application process and other options for paying for postsecondary education.
Collaborative Reading Education And Distance Education (CREADE) - Five of Oregon's public universities with approved teacher education programs are developing 12 new literacy courses and 30 modules (mini-courses) as part of two new programs: a literacy education course of study for general classroom teachers, and a reading specialist program. Both courses and modules will be delivered through distance education and other flexible formats to accommodate the schedules of busy teachers.
The College Board - The College Board is a national nonprofit membership association whose mission is to prepare, inspire, and connect students to college success and opportunity.

Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement (MESA) - Oregon MESA is a pre-college educational program dedicated to supporting historically underrepresented students to pursue careers in mathematics, engineering, and science.
Northwest Education Loan Association's Center for Student Success - The Centers for Student Success provide information and assistance on college admissions, financial aid and scholarship search resources. GEAR UP schools are welcome to visit the center as well as work with the staff to bring informational workshops to their communities.
Oregon Community Foundation - The Oregon Community Foundation Scholarship Program, one of the largest private scholarship programs in Oregon, awards over $2.5 million annually from 200 funds. OCF's permanent endowment for scholarships now totals more than $32 million. More than 1000 Oregonians receive OCF scholarships.
Oregon Department of Education - ODE is committed to assuring that schools are supported with best practices and cutting-edge research, fully partnering with others in the education community, and fostering conditions for Oregon schools to be great places to learn and work.
Oregon Education Association - The Oregon Education Association has a long history of working on behalf of education professionals in Oregon. OEA's mission works to assure quality public education for every student in Oregon by providing a strong, positive voice for school employees.
Oregon Student Assistance Commission - The Oregon Student Assistance Commission (OSAC) has been helping Oregonians gain access to higher education since 1959. In addition to being the designated agency for the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) in Oregon, OSAC administers the Oregon Opportunity Grant for low-income Oregonians and more than $10 million in private scholarships.
Proficiency-based Admission Standards System (PASS) - The Proficiency-based Admission Standards System (PASS) is based on standards that describe the academic skills and knowledge students need to demonstrate to be successful in post-secondary education.
Science & Mathematics Investigative Learning Experiences (SMILE) - The Science & Mathematics Investigative Learning Experiences Program, a partnership between Oregon State University and 12 Oregon school districts, seeks to provide minority and low-income students with access to higher education through after-school academic enrichment and mentoring.
